This policy explains what E&L Group AZ ("we," "us," or "our") collects when you use our website or request the Phoenix Rental Strategy Scorecard, how we use it, and the choices you have. E&L Group AZ is a real estate team made up of Liliana Celis (SA712347000) and Erick Arvizu Santos (SA722688000), licensed Arizona real estate salespersons affiliated with HomeSmart.

The short version: we collect the information you give us so we can send the Scorecard and follow up about buying a rental property. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, mobile phone number, and email address when you request the Scorecard or book a call.
  • Your answers to our questions, such as what you're looking to buy, the area, your timeline, whether you have funds set aside, how hands-on you want to be, whether you've spoken to a lender, and whether you're working with another agent.
  • Anything else you choose to send us by text, email, form, or phone.

We do not ask for your credit score, income, Social Security number, or bank details on this website.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard web data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics tools. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance and to show ads to people who have visited our site. If you arrive from an ad, we may also receive campaign identifiers such as UTM tags or a click ID.
  • Numbers you enter into the Scorecard calculator stay in your browser. We do not receive them.

How we use your information

  • To send you the Phoenix Rental Strategy Scorecard and related resources.
  • To contact you by phone, text, or email about buying or renting out a property, and to answer your questions.
  • To schedule and prepare for a Rental Numbers Review.
  • To improve our website, our Scorecard, and our advertising.
  • To meet our legal, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations.

Text messages and calls

When you check the consent box and give us your mobile number, you agree to receive calls and text messages, including messages sent using automated technology, from E&L Group AZ about real estate at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop by calling or emailing us using the contact details below. Opting out of texts does not remove you from our email list; use the unsubscribe link in any email for that.

SMS consent is never shared. Mobile information and consent to receive text messages will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers that help us send messages on our behalf, and with no one else.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that run our website, CRM, messaging, email, scheduling, and analytics on our behalf, and that are only permitted to use your information to provide those services to us.
  • HomeSmart. Our affiliated brokerage, as required for real estate transactions and broker supervision.
  • Professionals you ask us to involve. If you ask for an introduction to a lender, title company, inspector, property manager, or similar professional, we share only what's needed to make that introduction. We do not send your details to a lender unless you ask us to.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transfer. If our business is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Advertising and analytics choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can adjust the ads you see through Meta's ad preferences and similar controls offered by other platforms. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Your choices and rights

  • Ask us what personal information we have about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Opt out of texts, calls, or emails at any time.

Email or call us using the details below and we'll respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor those rights where they apply to us.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to work with you and to meet our legal and brokerage recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or electronic transmission is completely secure.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites, including our brokerage, scheduling tools, and listing portals. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Educational content, not advice

The Phoenix Rental Strategy Scorecard and the calculator on our site use example assumptions for education only. They are not a guarantee of rent, income, return, or property value, and they are not lending, tax, or legal advice.
